You can! This stores for up to 1 week. We’ve updated the recipe accordingly — thank you!

2Tbsp of a pure maple syrup has only 100 calories. That would be split by # of servings. I think the calories added by the syrup per serving is pretty minimal.

I make mine with equal parts yogurt and PB, with no added sweeteners; sometimes I add granola and/or dark chocolate chunks. And it is delicious!

SO GOOD!!! It tastes like creamy peanut butter fudge. I ate half of it before I even set it out for the kids, lol. Thanks for the great, healthy dip! So many recipes out there are based on marshmallow fluff and processed ingredients. I love that this is based on real foods!

I subbed honey for the syrup and my daughter who will not eat peanut butter (she’s on strike) couldn’t stop eating it. Love it!! I’ll try it with the maple syrup next time as well.

Hi Heather! The amount of maple syrup amounts to 1 teaspoon maple syrup per serving, which is very low especially compared to other fruit dips that are sold in stores! So we consider this a healthier option. Feel free to leave out the syrup, but the dip will taste very tart since it’s made of Greek yogurt. You may want to try veggie dip instead if you’re worried about added sugar!
